Leaves: Linear-subulate, rigid, 3-nerved, often falcate.

Inflorescence & flowers: Flowers solitary or in pairs. Calyx 30–40 mm, pubescent, cylindric-turbinate, long attenuate at base; teeth oblong, somewhat obtuse. Petal limb white, bifid to one-third; corona ovate, obtuse, bidentate.

Fruit: Capsule ovate, shorter than or equalling the calyx.
