Leaves : Lower leaves oval-spatulate with attenuate petiole; upper leaves oblong, sessile.

Inflorescence & flowers : Usually very condensed at anthesis, sometimes divided into 2–4 short, repeatedly branched axes, each ending in fasciculate flowers on short pedicels.، Bracts : Entirely herbaceous, acute.، Sepals : Lanceolate, glandular-pubescent, without scarious margins, 3–4 mm long, acute.، Petals : White, equal in length to the sepals, bifid to one-third, with a bearded claw.، Filaments : Glabrous.

Fruit : Cylindrical capsule, slightly curved, twice the length of the calyx, with 10 straight teeth at the apex.
