الأوراق

Leaves: Basal leaves long-stalked, obovate and regularly sinuate or toothed. Stem leaves stalkless, with a heart-shaped, clasping base, sometimes fiddle-shaped towards the base.

Inflorescence & flowers: One-sided inflorescence with leafy bracts at the base of each flower. Calyx pale green; corolla pale yellow, 6–8 mm long.

الثمار والبذور

Fruit: Flattened, hairless or nearly hairless siliques, 8–14 cm long, on stalks 4–7 mm long; initially more or less erect, later spreading and slightly curved. Seeds winged.

Syrian distribution: Slenfe and Jabal Mattai.

Native range: Albania, Algeria, Austria, Bulgaria, Corse, Czechia-Slovakia, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Krym, Lebanon-Syria, North Caucasus, NW. Balkan Pen., Palestine, Romania, Sicilia, Spain, Switzerland, Türkiye-in-Europe, Ukraine.

Introduced into: Belgium, Great Britain.
