الأوراق

Leaves: Petiolate, cordate-ovate, 1–5 cm long, crenate-dentate; upper and floral leaves smaller, acute, strongly dentate.

Inflorescence & flowers: Pseudoverticils generally few-flowered, sessile, forming terminal inflorescences, more spaced toward the base. Bracts numerous, subulate-hispid, shorter than calyx tube.، Calyx: Tubular, narrow, 10–12 mm long, oblique at throat; teeth three times shorter than tube, unequal.، Corolla: Blue-violet, tube long-exserted, somewhat arched, pubescent outside, up to 30 mm long.

Native range: Cyprus, East Aegean Islands, Lebanon–Syria, Palestine, Turkey (POWO).
